Understanding your analytics
hire.page tracks what happens on your careers page and in your pipeline so you can understand where candidates are coming from and how your hiring is performing.
Analytics availability by plan
- Free — analytics are locked; an upgrade prompt is shown
- Starter — overview analytics: totals and high-level metrics
- Pro & Business — full deep analytics including source breakdown, time-period comparisons, and per-job data
Time periods
Switch between time ranges using the period selector:
- Last 7 days — recent activity snapshot
- Last 30 days — a good default for monthly reviews
- Last 90 days — quarter-over-quarter trends
- All time — total lifetime data since your workspace was created (Pro+ only)
Key metrics
- Career page views — total visits to your careers page in the selected period
- Job page views — views on individual job listings
- Applications received — total submissions across all jobs
- Application rate — percentage of job page visitors who submitted an application
- Pipeline summary — candidate counts by stage across all active jobs
Top performing jobs
See which job listings attracted the most views and applications. This helps you understand which roles are getting traction and which titles might need adjustment.
Applicant volume over time
A chart showing daily or weekly application volume. Use this to correlate spikes with specific campaigns — for example, when you shared a job on LinkedIn or ran a targeted ad.
