Terms of Service.

The rules for using hire.page. We've kept them short and plain. Last updated: April 10, 2026.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using hire.page, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What the service does

hire.page gives you a branded careers page, a visual applicant tracking pipeline, automated candidate emails, team collaboration, and related hiring tools. Features available on your account depend on your plan. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves, and we'll give reasonable notice of any material changes.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when signing up.

4. Your content

You own the job posts, application data, careers page content, and anything else you put into hire.page. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to run the service for you. You're responsible for making sure your content is lawful and doesn't violate anyone else's rights.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use hire.page to post fake or misleading jobs, discriminate against candidates in violation of applicable law, scrape the platform, reverse-engineer it, resell the service, or interfere with how it runs for other customers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

6. Plans, billing, and trials

hire.page offers a free plan and paid plans billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your billing settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll email you in advance if we change pricing for your plan.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Please read our Privacy Policy to see what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

8. Intellectual property

hire.page, including the software, design, branding, and documentation, is our property. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the service.

9. Third-party services

The service may integrate with third-party tools (for example Stripe for payments, Resend for email, or Google for sign-in). Your use of those tools is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

10. Disclaimers

hire.page is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hire.page is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

You can cancel and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we reasonably believe continued access creates a legal or security risk. On termination, your access ends and we will delete your data according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we will email active customers and post a notice in the product before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
