Account & profile settings
Manage your personal account — separate from your company workspace — under Account Settings.
Profile information
Go to Account → Profile to update your:
- Display name — shown in reviews, comments, and team member lists
- Profile photo — visible to your teammates in candidate reviews and activity feeds
- Email address — your login email; changing it triggers a verification step
Password
Under Account → Password, set a new password. If you signed up via Google, you can also set a password to enable email/password login alongside Google.
Two-factor authentication
Enable 2FA under Account → Two-Factor Authentication. Once enabled, logging in requires both your password and a code from your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.). Recovery codes are provided during setup — store them securely.
Active sessions
Under Account → Browser Sessions, you can see all devices where your account is currently logged in. Click Log Out Other Browser Sessions to revoke all sessions except your current one — useful if you've logged in on a shared computer.
API tokens
Go to Account → API to create and manage personal API tokens. Tokens are scoped to specific permissions and can be revoked at any time.
Notification preferences
Under Account → Notifications, configure which email notifications you receive — such as new application alerts, team activity, or billing reminders. These preferences are personal and don't affect your teammates.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account from Account → Profile → Delete Account. This is irreversible. If you're the Owner of a workspace, you'll need to transfer ownership or delete the workspace first.
