Email sender settings
Control how your emails appear to candidates — sender name, reply-to address, logo, and signature — under Settings → Email.
Sender name
The name candidates see in their inbox before opening the email. By default this is your company name. You can customize it to something like "The [Company] Team" or a specific recruiter's name.
Reply-to address
When a candidate replies to an automated email, it goes to the reply-to address. By default this is the workspace owner's email. Set it to a shared inbox (e.g., [email protected]) so replies reach the right people.
Email logo
Upload a logo to appear at the top of all emails sent from hire.page. Use a square or horizontal logo on a white or transparent background. Recommended: at least 200px wide, PNG format.
Email signature
Add a signature that appears at the bottom of automated emails. This can include your company name, contact information, or a legal disclaimer. HTML is supported for basic formatting.
How emails are sent
All emails are sent via hire.page's email infrastructure (Resend). The "From" domain is managed by hire.page, so you don't need to configure your own mail server. Your sender name and reply-to address are reflected accurately in the recipient's email client.
