Bulk actions & filtering

On the Pro plan, you can select multiple candidates and perform actions on them all at once — saving hours when working with large applicant pools.

Selecting candidates

In the pipeline (board view or table view), check the checkbox on one or more candidate cards to select them. A bulk action toolbar appears at the top of the page showing how many candidates are selected.

Available bulk actions

• Move to stage — move all selected candidates to a chosen pipeline stage at once. Useful for moving a batch of unreviewed candidates to "Reviewing" or archiving a group after a decision.
• Delete — permanently remove selected candidates and their data. This cannot be undone.

Filtering before bulk actions

Use filters to narrow your view before selecting candidates:

• Filter by stage to select everyone in "New" who hasn't been reviewed
• Filter by date applied to select older applicants
• Filter by rating to select low-rated candidates for bulk archiving

Once filtered, you can select all visible candidates with the header checkbox.

Plan requirement

Bulk actions require a Pro or Business plan. On Free and Starter plans, you'll see an upgrade prompt when attempting to select multiple candidates.
