Culture section, values & perks

The culture section lets candidates understand who you are beyond the job description. Configure it under Settings → Careers Page → Culture.

Company values

Add your core values — each with a title and a short description. These appear as a visual grid on your careers page. Aim for 3–6 values; more than that becomes hard to absorb.

Benefits & perks

List what you offer. Common perks include:

  • Remote work or flexible hours
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Equity or profit sharing
  • Learning & development budget
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Home office stipend

Each perk has a title and description. Candidates scan this section quickly, so keep descriptions concise.

Team photos

Upload photos of your team, office, or company events. These appear in a photo gallery on your careers page. A mix of candid and branded shots tends to work best. Recommended: 800×600px or larger, JPG or PNG.

Video greeting

Add a short video from a founder or team lead — a personal touch that text can't replicate. Upload an MP4 video and a thumbnail image. The video appears embedded on your careers page with the thumbnail as a preview.

Testimonials

Add quotes from current team members about what it's like to work at your company. Each testimonial includes a quote, the person's name, and their role.

Social links

Add links to your company's LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other social profiles. These appear as icons on your careers page, giving candidates easy ways to learn more about you.
