You'll write scripts for our channel — full drafts or outlines, depending on the format. We want a writer with strong opinions about our niche, not a generalist who can write anything.
We start with a paid trial script. If we click, we'll keep working together.
What you'll do
- Research and write scripts to our format and brief
- Pitch your own angles and topics — don't just wait for a list
- Iterate on early drafts based on creator or host feedback
- Build a perspective on what works in our niche and bring it back to the team
- Hit our deadlines consistently
- Help us refine the script template and process over time
What we're looking for
- A published archive of scripts, articles, or videos we can read
- Strong research instincts — sources matter
- A point of view about the niche — not just "I can learn it"
- Comfort writing to a brief without losing your voice
Nice to have
- You watch our channel and already have notes
- Background in journalism, scriptwriting, or comedy
- You can occasionally appear on camera or voice-over
