About the role

You'll own a major piece of our mobile app — from initial spec to App Store or Play release. We ship to real users, so you'll see your work in production the week it lands.

We care about craft. The app needs to feel native, fast, and rock-solid even on a four-year-old phone.

What you'll do

  • Ship features in our mobile codebase
  • Own the offline, error, and slow-network states — not as afterthoughts
  • Cut crash rates and improve performance numbers customers actually feel
  • Work directly with design on motion, gesture, and platform feel
  • Manage release trains, beta cohorts, and store reviews
  • Pair with backend on the API contract for mobile-specific endpoints

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years shipping production mobile apps to a real audience
  • Strong on either iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin/Compose), or cross-platform with native depth
  • A debugging story you're proud of — performance or crash
  • You've shipped a release the store actually approved

Nice to have

  • Both native and cross-platform experience
  • Background in animation or motion
  • You've written about mobile development somewhere public

What we offer

  • Senior salary plus equity
  • Fully remote with team off-sites
  • Hardware and test devices on us
  • Conference budget
  • Real ownership over the surfaces you ship
