About the role

You'll move across the stack — from database to UI — without needing a handoff. We don't have specialized "frontend" and "backend" tribes; we have engineers who can take a problem from spec to production end-to-end.

You'll work on real product features that customers will use the same week.

What you'll do

  • Own features end-to-end, across the stack
  • Design the data model, build the API, and ship the UI in the same week
  • Improve our infrastructure where it slows the team down
  • Review pull requests and help others ship cleaner work
  • Talk to customers when something breaks
  • Help us pick the right tradeoffs, not the most elegant ones

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years shipping production software with full-stack scope
  • Solid grasp of relational databases and API design
  • Frontend ability that goes past "wires HTML to JSON"
  • More interested in shipping than choosing the perfect framework

Nice to have

  • Experience with our stack
  • You've owned an on-call rotation before
  • A side project we can poke around in

What we offer

  • Senior-level salary plus equity
  • Fully remote
  • Hardware and software you choose
  • Two team off-sites a year
  • A small team where what you build is what ships
