About the role
You'll be on the front line of how we build pipeline — outbound, inbound triage, conversations with prospects, and the messy middle between "got their attention" and "handed off to AE."
We're looking for someone who treats sales like a craft, not a script.
What you'll do
- Run outbound to our ICP across email, LinkedIn, and the occasional phone call
- Qualify inbound — fast, friendly, and ruthless about fit
- Book meetings the AE actually wants on the calendar
- Help us figure out what messaging works and what flops
- Keep CRM hygienic enough that pipeline numbers don't lie
- Step in on demos when the AE is at capacity
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years in an SDR or BDR role at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong written copy — you can write a cold email that doesn't sound like one
- A real interest in our customers' problems
- Persistence without being annoying — there's a line
