About the role
You'll own the full sales cycle — discovery through close — for our highest-value accounts. We're early enough that you'll also shape playbooks, pricing experiments, and partnership conversations.
We want someone who's closed real deals at real companies and can teach the rest of us as we grow.
What you'll do
- Run the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, business case, procurement, close
- Hit quarterly quota — and tell us early when something's off-track
- Partner with marketing on materials and ICP feedback
- Loop in founders or product when a deal needs technical depth
- Help build the playbook — disco scripts, demo scripts, MEDDIC inputs
- Mentor the SDR(s) and any AEs we hire after you
What we're looking for
- 3+ years closing B2B SaaS deals, ideally $50K+ ACV
- Strong discovery — you'd rather lose a deal than fudge fit
- A consistent quota record you'll walk us through
- You can write — emails, proposals, follow-ups — without making the prospect work
Nice to have
- Selling experience in our space or vertical
- You've sold from zero — no marketing, no inbound
- A name we recognize in your past references
