About the role
You'll run the operational backbone of our team — the calendar, the docs, the vendor portals, the things that don't get done if no one owns them. We're small enough that this is high-leverage work.
You'll have direct relationships with the founders and the autonomy to fix things without permission.
What you'll do
- Own the founders' calendars, inboxes, and follow-up systems
- Run vendor and contractor onboarding and offboarding
- Document and improve internal processes — billing, expense, HR, contracts
- Coordinate team off-sites, customer dinners, and travel
- Run point on procurement and tool consolidation
- Be the person new hires ask before they figure out who else to ask
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in an ops, EA, or VA role at a small or fast-moving company
- Excellent written English with reliable timezone overlap with our team
- Comfort with the modern stack: Notion, Slack, Linear, Zapier, Stripe, Google Workspace
- A bias toward documenting and automating, not just doing
Nice to have
- Bookkeeping or finance experience
- You've set up SOPs others actually follow
- A second language is a plus for our international customers
