About the role

You'll be the person we ask whenever we need to know what's actually happening. You'll build the dashboards, queries, and one-off analyses that turn raw events into decisions.

This is a high-leverage role at our size — your work directly shapes what we build, what we kill, and what we charge for.

What you'll do

  • Build dashboards and metrics for product, marketing, growth, and finance
  • Answer ad-hoc questions in SQL — and write the dashboards that prevent the next one
  • Help product set goals and measure outcomes for each release
  • Improve the data pipeline (events, warehouse, models) where it slows you down
  • Run experiments — design, instrument, analyze, write up
  • Bring patterns back to the team before anyone asks

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years working with product data at a software company
  • Strong SQL — comfort with window functions, CTEs, and warehouse-shaped weirdness
  • Good written communication — a chart isn't a conclusion
  • Experience with at least one event analytics tool (Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, Heap)

Nice to have

  • Experience with dbt or a modern data stack
  • You can build a dashboard in Metabase, Looker, Mode, or Hex without much hand-holding
  • You've run real experiments, not just A/B test setup

What we offer

  • Senior salary plus equity
  • Fully remote with team off-sites
  • Hardware and tooling on us
  • A seat at every meaningful product decision
  • Wide scope at a stage where your work moves the needle
