Multiple workspaces
When you need more than one workspace, how the switcher works, and what the Scale plan unlocks.
Each hire.page account can belong to multiple workspaces. You can be the owner of one (or several) and a reviewer in others.
How many workspaces you get
- Free — 1
- Starter — 1
- Growth — 1
- Scale — 5
- Enterprise — unlimited
If you need more than one workspace on a single billing relationship, that's the Scale plan.
When you actually need multiple workspaces
For most teams, one workspace is correct. You don't need more than one just because you're hiring for several roles — each role gets its own hire page inside one workspace.
The cases where multiple makes sense:
- Agencies hiring on behalf of clients — each client gets their own workspace with isolated branding and applicants. Clients never see each other.
- Holding companies with multiple brands — one workspace per brand so the URLs, theming, and pipelines stay distinct.
- Clearly separate hiring functions — you hire engineering through one process and creators / freelancers through a completely different one.
Switching between workspaces
The workspace switcher lives at the top of the sidebar. Click your current workspace name to open the picker — a list of every workspace you belong to. Click to switch.
Switching:
- Changes the URL prefix to the new workspace's slug
- Reloads the dashboard, kanban, and settings for the new workspace
- Persists — your next login lands you in this workspace
Per-workspace identity
Each workspace is fully isolated. None of these are shared:
- Applicants
- Hire pages
- Pipeline stages
- Email templates
- Members
- Billing
- Logo, accent color, mission statement, theme defaults
- Custom domain
- Integrations
- Analytics history
If a candidate applies to Workspace A and later to Workspace B (same person, same email), they show up as two completely separate applications. We don't cross-link them.
Per-workspace billing
On the Scale plan, all 5 workspaces share the one subscription's quota — you pay for Scale once and get all five workspaces under it. On Free / Starter / Growth, the one-workspace cap means you're never billing across workspaces on those tiers.
Creating an additional workspace
If you're on Scale or Enterprise:
- Workspace switcher → New workspace
- Enter the name and slug
- Pick a theme and accent color
- Create
The new workspace starts at zero — no hire pages, no applicants, default pipeline. It inherits no branding or settings from your existing workspaces.
Deleting one of multiple workspaces
Switch to that workspace, then Settings → Danger zone → Delete workspace. The other workspaces are unaffected. The Scale plan stays active and you still have the remaining slots available.
Frequently asked
Can I move applicants or hire pages between workspaces?
Not in v2. They're bound to the workspace they were created in.
Can different workspaces have different domains?
Yes. Each workspace has its own custom domain configuration.
Are my workspaces visible to each other?
No. From within Workspace A, there's no signal that Workspace B exists. The workspace switcher is the only place an authenticated user sees the list.
Can my workspaces have different plans?
On the Scale plan, all 5 workspaces are on one Scale subscription — same features across all of them.
