About the role
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our platform teams. You'll manage a team of 4-6 engineers, set technical direction, and ensure we're building the right things the right way.
What you'll do
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of backend and full-stack engineers
- Partner with product management to define roadmap and priorities
- Drive technical decisions and architecture for your team's domain
- Foster a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of engineering management experience
- Strong technical background with hands-on coding ability
- Experience scaling teams and processes at a growing startup
- Track record of developing engineers' careers
