You'll be the operational backbone of the channel. Scheduling, publishing, community management, sponsor coordination, and analytics — you keep everything running smoothly so the creative team can focus on making great content.
What you'll do
- Manage the content calendar and publishing schedule across platforms
- Coordinate with sponsors on deliverables, timelines, and approvals
- Monitor analytics and surface insights about what's working
- Manage community engagement across YouTube, Twitter, and Discord
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience managing content for a creator or media brand
- Strong organizational skills — nothing falls through the cracks
- Familiarity with YouTube Studio, social scheduling tools, and analytics
- Excellent written communication
