About the role
You'll lead design on 2-3 client projects at a time, from initial pitch concepts through to final handoff. Our clients come to us for design that stands out — this role is for someone who can deliver that consistently.
What you'll do
- Lead design on client projects from discovery through launch
- Present concepts directly to clients and incorporate feedback
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is preserved in code
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our design culture
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally at an agency
- A portfolio that makes us say "wow" — we'll be honest if it doesn't
- Expert-level Figma skills and understanding of design systems
- Client communication skills — you'll present your own work
